Job seekers

Most recruiters read your résumé. We'd rather hear about the work.

We're a small firm working accounting, finance, HR, operations, supply chain, marketing, and sales roles across the Inland Empire and Orange County. We won't have thousands of jobs. What we will do is talk to you about the work you've actually done — and tell an employer why you're worth an interview when the document doesn't say it for you.

What we’re working on right now.

How we work with you

The part most agencies skip.

You've probably been through the other version — a recruiter who skimmed your résumé, asked what you're looking for salary-wise, and disappeared. Here's what we do instead.

01

We screen on the work, not the document

Specific questions about what you actually did — your close calendar, your accuracy rate, the deal you lost. It's a real conversation, and it takes about half an hour.

02

We'll argue for you

If your résumé undersells what you can do, we tell the employer exactly why you're worth the interview anyway. That's the entire reason we ask about the work first.

03

Nothing gets sent without your say-so

We won't submit you to a company you haven't heard about, and we won't spray your résumé around the market. You'll know every place your name goes before it goes there.

04

You'll hear back either way

After every round, including the ones that don't go your way, and including the reason. Being left wondering is the worst part of a job search and it's entirely avoidable.

Nothing open that fits?

Tell us what you're looking for.

Most of our placements never saw a posting

The role you want probably isn't open today. When it opens, the search moves fast — and the people we call first are the ones we've already talked to. Send us what you do and what you're after, and we'll reach out when it's real. Not a newsletter, not a drip campaign. A call when something fits.
